Common Questions

• How do I restore purchases? Open the app, go to Profile / Membership Center, then tap Restore Purchases.
• Where are processed files saved? Processed files are stored in the app's Documents area and can be shared or exported through iOS system sharing options.
• Are my documents uploaded? Most document processing is performed locally on your device. Your files are not uploaded to our own server.
• Why is a tool limited? Free users have daily local tool limits. VIP membership unlocks additional usage and premium features.
